It looks like a beautiful place. And I'm sad to say, I can only imagine you guys are driving the price of land way up out there. The whole country is getting to be unaffordable
Can’t hate on another man for bettering his own life though, let me be clear though I wasn’t saying that you were just wanted to clear that up
Every single hunter is driving the price up. Want a premium experience? You’ll pay for it. Want to be a “meat hunter” and shoot whatever? You’ll drive others to pay for better. Want to be the next guy hunting public? You’ll push the enjoyment down for those there and make private worth more. Paying an outfitter or leasing to one? …. You get the point. There are far larger realtor groups and shady tactics… At least these guys truly love the game and share knowledge.
The solution is buy what you’d like and use it as you’d like… whether for habitat your way or access to those that rather complain than create.
