Thanks for watching Double Overhook Throw | Wrestling and BJJ | CVBJJ Online - กีฬา
I’ve been stuffing takedown attempts when opponent gets double underhooks by pinching their elbows together and keeping my hips back with double overs. This is what i need to add to this. Thank ya, man
This works so good it should be illegal 😂 very nice technique
Awesome!
F*cking A. Love it
Really smooth I like this variation and setup
Great tip. I'm definitely going to try this
Yeehaw, definitely trying this one
What a beautiful throw.
This is bad ass. Thank you
Appreciate the repetition!
Cool nice one. I’ll definitely try it
Nice!

Sick.
Beautiful move and very well demonstrated
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Great techniques guys .love it ..
Thank you
Nice....could this also be done with an over under hook??
Sag salto
yoko wakare in judo
Flashy but very risky
Not that risky imo your trapping their arms and they can't shoot or post. Plus if your lock is tight you’ll most likely land in a pinning position
idk bro i feel like this would be harder to get in a wrestling match. your kinda already putting your back on the mat and in a wrestling match that’ll be a pin.
Incorrect. It’s a common wrestling throw. The young man teaching this technique was a 2x CA state finalist, 1x CA state champ and wrestles D1 for the Oklahoma Sooners. He knows wrestling
@@n.h6001 didn’t say he didn’t i just had a question.
Not hard at all actually you’d be surprised how many people do double under hooks/bodylocks especially after coming up from a double leg or just straight up. And your supposed to step and roll over your back.
Nice!
