This Hordak is bad-ass! Ever since I saw the promotional images for it, I thought it looked amazing. So those wings are not a mutation, they’re just supposed to be mechanical enhancements in story? All the same, they’re awesome! Love the arm cannon as well! He was always one of my favorites as well, but I’m slightly disappointed with the Origins Hordak I already have. The face sculpt on the original one is serviceable, but I like the main and alternate heads for “Buzz-Saw” Hordak a lot better. All of them, however, are very loose. It’s interesting that the head and hood on this one are separate pieces. Also, for whatever reason, the left boot on my Hordak figure doesn’t plug in all the way, so it always spins around and feels like it’s going to fall off. It came out of the package like that; I probably need to drill inside the hole a bit deeper, or something, to make it fit, but I don’t want to risk modifying my figures that way. Anyway, this is a great alternative to the Power-Con exclusive Hordak. I thought the wider rounder head looked kind of “off” on the Masterverse version, but it looks just right on this one.
