Ingredients:
8-10 green chillies
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
7-8 cardamom
¼ nutmeg
1 mace
1 kg mutton
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tsp salt
2 tsp chat masala
1 tsp garam masale
1½ cup curd
coriander leaves
mint leaves
1 fried onion
2 medium sliced onion
1 cup oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp shah zeera
1 tsp pepper corn
4 green cardamom
4-5 cloves.
2 inch cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom
2 bay leaves
