You will need:
For pancakes:
2 eggs
120 ml of milk
140 ml of water
0.5 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of oil
120g wheat flour (of the highest quality)
For the filling:
150g of bacon
150g of onions
150g of carrots
300g of sauerkraut
Salts
Pepper
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
Oil
200 ml of water
