I watched the whole video and realized i knew nothing about photoshop color grading. But now am glad i have got a good understanding of everything and how it works. Great Video just what i needed 😉
This was just the best tutorial on color! I am so glad I watched it. Now I am ready to go and play in photoshop with what I just learned from you!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
Dude, I am pretty well versed in color theory, but I didn't quite know how to apply it to grading. Thanks so much! This was really helpful. You made it very accessible and easy to understand and apply. Great job! Much obliged!
Ok let me give a review. Normally I get frustrated when people just talk in videos but I enjoyed this because it was V properly explained with the b-roll. Ok let’s keep watching.
This video is incredibly great and useful especially if you're a beginner in colour grading. It's compact while simulatenously full of information about colour theory, grading and minimalistic but powerful techniques in photoshop. Thanks for that :)
god how useful this video is!!! thanks man, i watched whole video and i found that I knew nothing about the colors please make more useful contents like this about alphabetic expressions of photography and photoshop thanks a lot, subscribed
The photo at 18:57 of the video, it's not from Rio de Janeiro, as you said, but from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, called Praia da Falésia in Albufeira Algarve - Portugal. Thanks for the video, it´s very informative.
your videos are easy to understand and more knowledgeable compare to other youtubers they just go on about their preset and their promotions. keep up the good work . thank you for this video now i understand how to apply color grading step by step ,
Love and appreciate your tutorials. Thank you so much! By the way, was the Rio De Jinero thing a test? I'm sure you deliberately called it Rio Je Deinero! 😁
Dude you are in Bedfordshire? I live in Bedford. We run a community focused social enterprise here. Great work. Looks great. Well delivered. Sweet and fast.
Thank you. In Camera Raw, when you adjust the yellow on the outfit, this will affect the skin tone of the model as well. How do you ensure it doesn't change the skin of the model?
Yes your right. I would create a layer mask in that case and remove the colour effect on the skin. In turn not changing the skin tone. Hope that helps 😃
@@fasilatransome-kuti3117 It’s worthwhile adding for anyone reading this that there is a difference between a layer mask and a filter mask: important because you can’t simply copy/paste one from the other in Photoshop. Took me hours to work that out.
Sine great info here. Thanks. However, when you changed the models shirt to yellow it completely changed her skin tone. Unless you make a selection of her shirt first how do you avoid that with the method you used? Cheers
In the beginning RGB are mentioned as primary colours, but then during colour schemes it switches over to RYB colour wheel and RYB are said to be the primary colours. Under RGB, red and cyan would be complimentary, not red and green. Yet the vast majority of videos and articles promote the RYB approach, why is this?
Thanks for your comment and question! The colours you are referring to are RYB (Red, Yellow & Blue) and this relates to the primary colours of PAINT. The colours I am referring to are RGB (Red, Green & Blue) and this relates to the primary colours of LIGHT. RGB is used in screens and displays so that our cone cells in our eyes can see colour. If you need anymore help or have further questions please take a look at this web article which will explain it all to you in specific detail! www.quora.com/I-just-want-to-be-clear-are-the-real-primary-colors-RGB-or-RYB-as-I-have-heard-some-discussion-about-it
@@PhotoFeaver I am sorry i have to say this but you are wrong. You cannot obtain a pur yellow by mixing red and green, never. Yellow is a primary colour.
Well i’m sorry to say but that’s how CCD (charge-coupled device) and CMOS (complementary metal oxide semiconductor) camera sensors work. they only collect red green and blue light.
@@PhotoFeaver Green isn't a primary colour, you guide isn't comprehensive, is confusing. If you want to see a guide made properly, check Joanna Kustra's webminar. And everyone else should do that.
Sure, whatever you say. Let’s agree to disagree. I’m talking about light and photography. You’re clearly not. So I’m sorry I can’t help you any further

This is mainly because everyday screens run on RGB. However, human eyes detect colours differently. Thats why most people refer to RYB
this is crazy how is that free?
As fyi - the links to the images are broken.

nai nai ye cheating hai.... mujhe thumbnail wali image ka editing dekhna tha 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Could you send me a RAW?
Great info. Your editing isn't very impressive through, and you edit "already edited and graded" photos.
