new powerful TANKs.
new attacking helicopers.
jet figters.
but in preah vihear war 2008-2011 they learned the hard fact
their army was defeated by khmer army , cambodia a poor country
defeated their army.
thai army dare not sent a tank into cambodia
because if thai TANK enter cambodia it will be
destroy by inti-tank missiles.
thai army dare not sent attacking helicopter into
cambodia because if they dare that attacking
helicopter will be shot down by shoulder fire
inti-aircraft missiles.
if thai dare sent fighter jet into cambodian
air space it maybe shot down by SAM missiles.
cambodian army fired many thousands of artillery shells
into thai territory caused severe destructions.
cambodian fired many thousands BM-21 missiles into
thai territory caused severe destructions.
thai army generals got frustrated and finally
after 4 years(2008-2011) of destruction thai raised a white flag
and asked for ceased fire.
next time more destructions khmer army stock pile many many thousands of
missiles- don't try to take khmer land a gain.
