One of the best ones yet John! Stash is a colourful character, very cultured and highly intelligent and engaging. His is one astonishing life. John, you did a great job. You gave him the right amount of space to tell his story, yet interjecting at exactly the right times, asking the questions we all want to ask and more besides! 👏
I haven't seen anyone ask Stash--although I'm sure the answer is probably out there, why Paul McCartney camed to his rescue on that occasion after the drug bust and did not also invite Brian to provide him support on that occasion? It's just a shame that Brian, who appreciated the Beatles as people so much, didn't have THEM or ONE OF THEM at least to come to his rescue also.
...sorry but the recent arte documentary about Brian Jones where this guy here was interviewed for was just embarrassing🙄 ...the 'prince' kept talking about 'we' like he was part of the band when he was just one of the hang arounds with enough cash to hang around them...saddo...
*@insel* Sure, he was part of the incrowd. But certainly no airhead , like most of those "hang arounds" often are. As he talked about "we" might be because he was accepted as one of them ? "with enough cash to hang around them" ...that goes both ways , the few interesting scene makers were sought out by The Beatles ,Stones ,Hendrix etc. and embraced to join them.
You really need to do some research coz this man here is mentioned in lots of the rights to the music! He did compose with them. Go research! He wasn’t just a hang around what so ever! He also composed with the Beatles
I wish someone would make a movie about this fascinating man .
Fascinating. Thank you John for letting Stash speak and not interrupting the flow and his train of thought.
I like to listen...especially when it's someone as interesting as Stash!

A truly fascinating character - his current alchemy interest fascinated me!
I would pay big money if Stash would adopt me as an adult lol. He's awesome.
Fascinating interview. Thank you
the best interviewers know how to keep their mouths shut and let the subject tell their story
Stash you are fascinating. I love your voice and I remember you from the 60's.

Wonderful 🙏 ... a part 2 seems in order
Good idea...Stash should write the book
@@JOHNROBBofficial ohh! Are you writing a Stash book? I just meant the interview could’ve continued another hour and I wouldn’t have noticed. 🙏
@thegreatordermusic Thank you for expressing that concept so well.🎸
I would love to be able to hear his 45rpm record Chimes of Freedom, and Peace, but can't find a SINGLE one for sale.
Brilliant

Brian was abandoned by many in the butterfly world of pop.
Personne fascinante..visage tellement expressif..brillant
Very interesting.
Really interesting tale - right at the epicentre of the sixties...
What a lovely man.
Any relation to Jackie O?
People like Prince Stash have died out....unfortunately.....
He has a wife !?
Pure tosh.
Which bits Michael? He certainly lived the life
So is your face.
