They are Austin Racing rear sets. They were on the bike when I got it. Really good quality and loads of adjustments. Not sure they are still made, but just do some research and take a look on the Aprilia groups and you may find a set.
So where the air intake goes into the frame, there are 2 8mm nuts, just undo those and you can take it off. I took the faring off just for ease. The silicon was just some cheap universal stuff from my local hardware store

I presume so, I sold the bike with them still on. You can leave a cable tie on here and there for extra security
