I think this is nambiar ellegenza project. I visited the project 2 years back when I was looking for villas to buy. The project is nice but the location is far away literally from anything. 6 kms stretch leading to the project has absolutely nothing on either side of the road except some warehouses. This is a slightly cheaper option as compared to its predecessor nambiar Belleza but still costly considering its location
