Dude! That looks awesome! Glad to see that you are getting some time on the mill. I like to spay WD-40 on the aluminium for lube. Works good for drilling and tapping too. kerosene works too but smells. You have very good instinks. That's all you realy need. I can't wait to hear that running. Hy there JD , im happy you like the result so far . my machinist also uses wd40 i could see . i heard he uses very good oil additives like metabond when his machine is doing really heavy work like machinery of threated parts he told me it worked out very good .
