Don't think he's that sad mate, have you seen his wife? Alcohol takes its toll but he's doing better these days.
- Im glad, as you say, he is doing well and is in a good place in life. I know a thing or two about alcohol myself, it can really put anyone in very dark places.

Agree. I got patreon & listened to it all. After first 5 mins, knew it were gonna be shite. Some snippets were funny. But on the whole a let down. Clearly gave an hour up to sell his book & no interest in the format of the pod. Poor.

Never rated him as a player. For me real hard players like Keane, Vieira, Adams, even Duncan Ferguson and Ince all had a natural ability and could play the game with skill and vision and also picked up trophies along the way
