A small tip small tip while performing incline Smith machine your wrist and elbow should be in line rather than wrist narrow what it does is it removes requirement of triceps while pushing wrist should be stacked in line with the elbow for more chest hypertrophy

Been recently watching mike mentzer's and dorian yates video, there are many controversies around it and I was curious to know more about it, glad to see you adapting some of it's principles. Would love to hear more of your opinion on these kind of training styles.

Bro but training shoulders after tricep will not give proper time for tricep to recover since triceps tends to work in front delt workouts. No? I could be wrong

Hey just a query. How much is the weight of the Barbell on the Smith Machine. I have a similar one at my Gym and it's just 10kgs instead of 22kgs which a normal Barbell weighs. I think you counted it as 20x2 + 15x2 + 20=90 but it might be 70 + 10 i.e. 80. Would be glad if you could confirm that😊
