I just bought an Ishod board. Didn't realize it was twin tail until I started skating it and was so confused as to which was front and back. So.. I've adapted and love being able to just throw the board down and skate it any way. Highly recommend!.
I cant do this, my front and back truck feels completly different haha.

Always good to see another skater working out eating right, help's skating alot also fatigue takes longer to set in, after 30+ diet becomes way more important to the longevity of muscles also the healing window improves when you eat right.

The thing that helps me so much with heelflips is this.. do an Ollie with your foot set up to heelflip, just do an Ollie with the toes hanging over and BOOM, high and flat heelflips!

Neen should look into this thing I use for work. Called a Hot Logic. Basically a lunch box with a hot plate in it. They have one that plugs into cig lighter in car. Perfect for heating up meals you prepared at the spot!
