Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1000T | Full Alert (w/broken rotator) | East China, MI 10/7/24

This bolt has been on my radar for a little while, but with how questionable it is I waited till now to film it. Its changed positions last month and this month when I arrived but when it sounded it didn’t rotate still.. not sure if the wind is blowing it or something else is happening with it, still sounds good regardless!
Sirens in St. Clair Co. are tested on the first Monday of the month @1pm

@@VintageCollections pretty sure its just the air swooshing from the blower or something rattling, I heard no scraping in person

That’s just metallic resonance, sometimes is audible, Wichita’s T104 was known for doing it, the Youngstown jailbar does it as well

That's probably just the air relief valve bobbing up and down

No scraping, just the pressure relief valve. It’s normal.

Replace it with a 2001-130.
