There are a bunch of natural resources around us - fruits, vegetables, mushrooms and others. In this vlog we are getting birch tree juice AKA birch sap or as our daughter says - forest spirit juice, that is some what traditional thing in our country and from what we found out - a thing of good old days in Denmark.In our culture it has next magical healing properties but we have no idea if it is true - it tastes nice fresh and you can ferment it as well. For this situation we used very practical kit to make our lives easier. We have our little garden are which is called kolonihave and that is where we gat our bit of nature in third biggest city in Denmark - Odense.
