I’ve known about winning boxing gloves for the last 12 years, and finally got a pair of MS-600 lace up/ sparring gloves. Best gloves i own! Can’t wait to use these in training camp and gonna get another pair in the coming year! You can never go wrong w/ authentic winning japan gloves!

Here is another one: winning stitching on back cuff are always doubled back on the sides, you can clearly see it on the blue/black/red winnings with the white stitching.

Great review, thumb and grip bar give it away. Your spot on about the weight. I dont know how on earth winning get the weight so close. Winning have a cut thumb. The oz is a heat transfer and not a screen print. Winning use a car seat pu and a eva knuckle. Its vvv hard to get hold of the car seat pu, i presume its from some japanease car manufacturer. The eva knuckle is available. These are decent fakes, real leather decent thumb. I think it will last no different to a normal cowhide glove, the foam should deteriorate before the leather. Winning leather stretches awkwardly near the thumb. I dont know why thry dont put a eva near the finger tips?

I emailed the Japan winning shop and they said there are tonnes of fakes around, they said they were the only distributors of the real ones but i dont think this is true. Thankyou for the video, very good tips of what to look for!!! Excellent:)!

My gym a few months ago, bought about two dozen pairs of winning velcro gloves, but when I tried them on, they just didn't feel as comfortable as everyone says, I got the feeling they weren't real, My Ringside gloves feel more comfortable than them, I've used them multiple times to re assure myself, but I'm confused, it's put me off Winning gloves a bit, because one day I was thinking of saving up for a pair, but if the gym bought fake gloves how can I tell, because they're velcro gloves but your video mostly exposes fake lace up glovess. ?

Traditional Muay Thai had very limited punching; modern MT borrowed punching from standard boxing. So it's always funny to me to see Muay Thai gloves as if their punching technique is not the same/very close. The review is blemishless as usual though!

Hello, would I be correct in thinking that 14 Oz and over are winning sparring gloves and anything under 14 Oz are bag gloves. On the kozuji website it distinguish between bag and sparring ?
Normally 14oz plus for sparring some gyms it’s 16oz minimum for sparring
But the real Japanese Winnings are made in the shadow of the Fukoshima nuclear power plant that blew up a few years ago in a tsunami and trade now from a site not far from there, where the ground is so heavily contaminated that it can't possibly be safe-- so people with a real pair of Winnings made since then are likely to be using goods that have absorbed all this contaminant aren't they??

Is it normal for the MS-300 to have the 10 oz on the back and the front
Ms 300 normally have the bigger logo on the rear of the fist with the yellow surround
The oz is normally only on this rear badge not on the grip bar

Simon, I have a question that maybe you could help me with.
Let me preface by saying I've had Winning gloves for many years and I currently have 7 other pairs of authentic Winning. This new pair I bought is spot on in every mark to test for authenticity from the box, to the smell, to the profile, liner, stitching... you name it... all EXCEPT the traditional Winning "MS-500" inner tag.
This has a folded over and printed on both sides, Winning logo with "Made in Japan" written under the logo. The logo is printed on both sides of the folded label. The label is in the precise spot the regular label. It's very well done, just as you would expect from Winning.
Have you seen or heard of anything like this?

Amazon Prime is convenient. Just payed $20 each way to send real gloves back to a brand because they didn’t fit well. $40 bucks just to try them on! It’s a tough call. Brands need to have free shipping and returns if they want us to come directly to them to buy the authentic gloves

@@Fit2Box Velcro. I was disappointed after waiting 3 months for them to arrive. In my opinion the hayabusa t3 wrist lock is better. On the onx, the padding stopped at the beginning of my fingernails, there’s no padding on the sides, I can feel my palms on the right glove. And the padding is only on the top of the glove. The rest is the X.
