Thanks for the strip down. It does appear to be a very nicely engineered rifle, machining looks to be good quality as well. My rifle did come with the M3 bolt and one steel pin that I haven't figured out what it is for yet.
They certainly like their ball bearings, don't they :-) Nice clear video with a couple of interesting designs...looking forward to see how they are improved. have fun at the shooting show :-)
very nice mate . well engineered bit of kit . me i would definitely have to label some small boxes or jiffy bags up 🤣🤣🤣🤣 would get in a right mess with all those different size ball bearings and springs . but all in all not a bad rifle to take apart. that reg and valve system is very interesting. must have quite a rapid shot cycle and reg recharge 👍
Hi, great video, I would just like to point out that the barrel should not be loosened the way you loosened it, because it is preloaded to a certain pressure in Nm, it should be loosened at the body of the weapon and tightened again at the body.
yes i agree if you are just removing the barrel and are not stripping the shroud ETC but we striped it so is not an issue, we did go through the preloading of the barrel in the last epic vid we did, torque setting is 18 to 24 NM 👍 thanks for watching
Have fun at the show ,I've now got the Vixen short, and the tiny gauge is upside-down ,how is the best way to adjust it ,I know I have to remove all the air from the bottle and reg ,is it just a case of getting a thicker o ring ? Thanks 👍
It is too bad you can not access the valve adjuster from the front, having to take it all the way out of the rifle is a pain. As mentioned the several size of steel balls is also silly, also that side cover piece i do not get why there is a ball / spring on that at all, well aside for the cocking lever being able to be flipped.
Having to look at valve O-rings now, got a little leak out thru the barrel, as 2 O-rings can be the culprit for this, i will replace both . It do annoy me, re inserting the valve, it " grind " over those threads in the back, i wish that had ben a 1-2 mm larger thread. but the thread do not feel rough / sharp in any way i have to admit. I have had a few valve " failures " first time after a shot the valve did not close properly and air rushed thru it, another shot fixed that and for the following several 100 shots. And last Saturday i had sort of the same but now just a little air rushing thru valve, and no number of shots would stop the leak, i have not been able to tell what the issue was as i can see nothing wrong, as i have 2 valves i have just put the other one in the rifle. will test that " broken " valve again some other day, but right now i just want to shoot. My Two also have some funny sounds once in a while, a distinct difference in the sound of shooting a shot, also once in a while a " ping / twang " sound as if a little spring jump into place, just i can not think it is the assisting valve return spring as it is guided ASO well where it sit. But never the less the sound is there, one day i will put a MIC on the rifle body itself to try and record these different sounds. Mind you this have no effect on shooting or shot string flatness, it is just sounds that is there in my Two. PS: A advise, having had rifle stripped and then assembled, i have had a few issues getting the valve to close while filling the rifle, but most often firing a shot while it leak have done me good. But then one day that did not work and i tried many times to fill my rifle invane, but a trick is to load a SLUG in the barrel to stop air rushing thru too easy, i now do this as a default part of filling rifle after a 0 BAR situation. Still very much like to shoot my 700 mm Two 😁 it is that rifle or nothing,,, and i do not do nothing very well / gladly, but will probably have to buy a replacement bulpup for my Maverick some time next year.
Excellent strip down video. Looking forward to seeing your new valve design. Thanks for posting the video 👍
thanks for watching 👍👍

yes a bit fiddley but not bad, yes the shot cycle is very snappy 👍 thanks for watching 👍👍
Looking forward to see what improvements you can do on valve housing as you mention
thanks for watching 👍👍
Thanks for sharing be safe buddy 💯
Thanks 👍👍
