I believe that ,at least with the current ocg card pool ,snake eyes are way better in the fire king deck. The one card combo with snake-ash is insane and as you have showed the otk combo with Raging Phoenix is also quite easy too pull ,its the fire version of accesscode. I suspect that the pure snake eyes deck can handle hand traps a little better but i may be wrong.
