@@garydarwind3663 Hi I'm glad u found it helpful. To get the crema expresso, the quantity of coffee powder, have u tamp ur coffee enough to give the pressure and must wait to the right temperature. Normally 2 shots I will use the given spoon x 2.
Coffee bean is very subjective to individual preference/ taste. In beginning I tried many different beans and I stop when I found the one I fall in love 😍. Is Brasilia (blue mountain style) coffee bean and I grind it myself. 500g around RM40+/-

Did u follow the steps I mentioned in 0:15? Turn power on (red light) and wait until the cup have green light. If follow the steps still no water out then u may want to check with ur seller. Maybe the machine faulty.

I don’t think that thick foamed milk can make a heart latte art properly. Can you please make a video of making a heart using the same machine as soon as possible? Maybe you are teaching people wrong way to make steamed milk.
