"This is your requiem. This is my song for you. To my companion most dear, To my friend most true: It will not have the best rhythm. It will not have the best rhyme. But 'you will not be alone' Is what I promise as you die. I will send them to you. I will herd them your way. I will cast them away from us. I will make them my prey. On your way to heaven, As you stand outside its gates, Beg once more for forgiveness, Beg once more for grace. For us your friends, For us your people, As you stand outside heaven, Show our enemies true Hell."
"This is the crystal your looking for." Hikari said, casually tossing the pure white crystal to the floor. "And why would you give this to me?" Akira asked, as he picked it up. "Because this rivalry ends here." "Your friends are not here." "They would simply get in my way." "So they won't see you die?" "Kei is strong. He still keeps moving forward, even after you killed his whole family, and everyone from his home." Hikari pulled his twin shortswords from his back, materializing their blades in blinding light. "In my left hand I hold Nathaniels' blade. In my right, is my own. Losing my twin brother forced me to see the fragility of even my own life. Your conquest of the Plane of Darkness proves even a God can be killed." Hikari closed his eyes and exhaled as he flurries his swords into his combat stance. "I cannot face that future like Kei can. I would die before you kill my father." Akira shook his head, but he placed the crystal on the altar behind him. "Then you'll leave Kei alone. Your the only family he has left." Akira took his stance. His katana remained in its sheath, his shoulder facing Hikari. "He is strong. So strong. Stronger than I ever thought possible. Perhaps it is his stupidity. Or perhaps he simply has what I lack. He grew and he will grow more. But he need not throw his life away for a wretch like me." Akira closed his eyes and smirked, barely uttering a noise as he exhaled slightly through his nose. "*then die in peace*" he said. Hikari charged Akira, clutching his swords so tight, that his knuckles lost color. "DIE, YOU DEMONIC FILTH!" He roared, as he clashed his swords against Akira's blade. "Not even a moment of hesitation...good..." Akira chuckled as he swiped several times, resheathing his blade, and kicking Hikari back, as his white blood splattered everywhere, as though released from an explosion. Their fight lasted through the night, by morning time, Hikari knelt down, his ivory armor broken and completely shredded, with the thousands of glints in the morning light being shards of what remained of his once magnificent armor. His body covered head to toe in blood, and cuts and puncture marks. He barely could breath. Akira looked down, his clothes torn and tattered but he looked fair otherwise. "You have fought well, son of God." Akira said as he turned to leave. "This isn't over yet." Hikari said, as he struggled to his feet. Without looking back, Akira spoke, "Instant regeneration is capable of regenerating even the fatalist of wounds in mere seconds. It is a special technique employed by certain angels and demons, given their relationships with the Creator and the overcompassing roles in life and death. Out of the 3 self recovery abilities it is widely regarded as the most powerful." He turned around, "do you know why it isn't the most powerful?" "Because it has a limit..." "You have reached yours. Fight any longer than this and you WILL die." "I had no intentions on leaving here alive, you... IDIOT!" Hikari threw himself at Akira, his blows weak but still determined. Akira parried his attacks effortlessly, before countering and spinning around and impaling Hikari with his katana, lifting the defeated angel off the ground with a sickening crunch as bone and muscle broke and tore. Just then, Keith woke up in cold sweat. He felt Hikari's power waning fast. "No!" He yelled. Waking Personne, Taline, and Ichigo. He began sprinting towards the cave where that last Ancient had been defeated. Where he felt his brother waning. He ran so fast trees bent, dirt picked up like a tornado, bushes and small trees ripped from the soil like an invisible hand plucked them straight from the earth itself. When the cave was in sight, Keith punched through the blockage that had been placed there. The sight before him nearly broke him. Akira stood, amidst an immense pool of white blood. It dripped from the ceiling, covered the floor, and worse yet, was Hikari. Who lay propped on a rock, staunching his blood as it flowed freely from his body. "Say your farewells, Keith. He wished to say his..." and then Akira was gone. Leaving only the two brothers. Keith ran and knelt to his dying brother, shock completely taking over him. "You... you... why? We promised!" Keith practically screamed. "Listen, brother. It was you. It was always you." Keith shook his head, "no!" "The Creator... embodies light and life, as well as.... dark and death... in order to see that, I had to travel... with you. You are made from dark, THE dark. Death itself. Yet you... made life. Valac... me...so many times... you made choices to embrace life... yet I could not... and I was made from the light itself. Life itself..." Hikari handed Keith his sword, and grabbed him by the back of his head, and gently pulled his head to his own. "Now you are Light... and dark... life... AND... death... this is the way..." Hikari whispered, as light particles began floating into Keith from Hikari, and all Keith could do was sob. When the lights faded, Hikari was gone. His body had dissolved with the very light he was created with. That now surged within Keith. But all Keith could do was clutch Hikari's sword, which began taking a different shape, becoming longer, and curving as the blade became a white twin to his own black falchion. "All things end, brother. But in the end of one thing, another begins. My story book has come to its conclusion. But with this stories closure, yours can truly begin." Hikari's voice spoke etherically, final words as Keith lost control over his power, and exploded the cave as he screamed and sobbed, the stone cave simply dissolving as pure Darkness and Light erupted around Keith, a pillar of entertwining black and white together like rope.
Did you just write a story here? Dude....I love it! It's awesome!!! Do you post your work anywhere? PLEASE tell me if you do because I would read it in a heartbeat.
I'm not sure it's intentional here, but the original soundtrack had a lot of intentional misspellings. This was in line with the witches language not being 100% correct, either

Love that story, I think it fits well with the music
But doesn't fit with the background.

Ya, we ran out of dictionary words to call songs, so now we're just misspelling shit...
I'm not sure it's intentional here, but the original soundtrack had a lot of intentional misspellings. This was in line with the witches language not being 100% correct, either
