- When it comes to gun recoil in modern warfare 2 there are some settings you need to tweak to get almost zero recoil. I share my settings I use on my PS5 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. This isnt the perfect or absolute best as everyones play style is different, but its a good foundation to start on.

Thanks for checking out the video. This is NOT a video about what are the best settings for recoil. This is giving you what I personally use as a foundation for you. One thing I didnt mention in the video is the M4 I was using was completely stock. No tuning, no attachments, strictly barebones. With these settings added to the tuning / attachments will make this even better. If you want to add what you use drop it in the comments below. Let me know how these settings played out for you.
I seen you video and decided I’d give your settings a go and my first couple of games I was popping off. I went 10-1 on search and destroy my first game after switching to these settings , I definitely noticed a difference in my aim. Thanks for sharing with us!!!

yeah haha I keep mine low to try to keep my aim. I do the same in halo swat lol.
A reticle is the dot, X, etc... in a sight. Iron sights are just iron sights, therefore there is no reticle.

I’m sure these pro streamers have no recoil. Long range kills barely any reticle movement just holding down shoot
Oh yeah definitely. I will say tho these settings to adjust recoil spoiled me especially when I go back to games like battlefield 4 where it has just 1 sensitivity setting.

Sounds like you need to adjust your settings more. Some things to consider:
1. Your control sensitivity
2. Gun attachments
3. Gun recoil pattern
4. Your controller could have drift.

Works well for me but you can make any adjustments to fit your play style.

yeah for the most part these settings work well. much better improvement from just straight default settings.
