      Never minds, I know people respond differently in different circumstances and have a tendency to normalize certain behaviors. I know people stay in abusive relationships for a number of reasons, and I know that when others call the police, the victims may be reluctant to tell what happened.

And that’s not leading the witness. But if Deb’s lawyer was to say “why did you go to the residence“ they would object and say “objection, leading the witness“. And it would be sustained. Thats how he can lose. This suit is not about who the actually abuser was.

    • @kabiskzor
      @kabiskzor 2 ปีที่แล้ว +18

      The case isn't about whether or not he was the abuser or she was though. It's about loss of income due to Amber's Allegations and defamation. His side needs to prove loss of income due to the particular story she posted in the media that they feel was the catalyst to him losing his jobs etc. And even though it seems cut and dry it's a bit more technical in a legal sense because she didn't actually mention him directly in the article. She also cited a timeline in that article, so you can easily Google the year and her or JDs name and it will bring up all the articles and pictures associated with the TRO. She didn't out right put his name because she didn't need to
      1)it was widely publicized previously so people already know that's who she's talking about, possibly the only thing they know her for

      So far very strong, however it isn’t 100% clear Johnny didn’t finally snap & hit her. During questioning the island manager AH’s Lawyer included in a question “AH Thew the can of mineral spirits, that hit JD’s face/bridge of his nose, to SLOW JD DOWN” from his charging at her, in self defence. Trying to indicate it wasn’t even a return volley in response to J’s throwing things at A or that AH once again angrily threw a heavy can at J. The lawyer didn’t try here to say A was throwing stuff around it in the general direction of JD. JD’s telling of this incident is that AH deliberately aimed & threw a can at JD’s face. I think the art supplies are a representation of an activity that distracts JD from a constant interaction or adoration of AH. I’d bet if he always & only painted portraits of AH she’d have thrown something else. Her mental illness makes her need to be the centre of every aspect of her life, including all with JD. She dislikes him jamming - if she is there she’s only watching not partaking & a primary participant, so she hates it. Poor JD & poor AH, I hope she continues with mental health experts to treat her & JD gets good grief, trauma & addiction Therapy & can make more Pirates movies & many more roles, as soon as this case is settled. She should be fired from future films until she is stable.

      It corresponds with what the psychologist said, people with this personality disorder often threaten to phone the police if their partner wants to leave the house and often do so, they often even hurt themselves trying to stop their partner from leaving the house. As was evident from Ambers other recording, she simply refuses to let Johnny just leave when he said he has had enough of her incessant carrying on with Johnny for hours about nothing. Fact also here is that Amber told the police herself that nothing was wrong, that is the testimony to take away from this. Women like these often drive their nails into their partners trying to stop them to leave, forcing the partner to push them away with force, in such a case the domestic violence is from the woman and the man is acting in self defence, if the woman falls and hurts herself that is her problem as the man was acting in self defence to get away from the unlawfull attack on him. Men do however not call the police and tell of domestic violence when a woman drives their nails into their arms and scratches them seriously, men are often use to taking a beating, they'll just put a bandage on and carry on.
