  • Yesterday Tullian preached on the famous story of Zacchaeus and his encounter with Jesus. He titled it “The Unpopularity of Grace” because of the way the crowd responded to Jesus’ love toward Zacchaeus.
Grace isn’t expensive. It’s not even cheap. It’s free. A no-strings-attached gift of love. But to practice grace-to love the unlovable, to forgive the unforgivable, to stand with the guilty, to save sinners-well, that might cost you favor and friends. It might just cost you your life.
We hope this encourages you big…
    Luke 19:1-10
Also, if you are able to give to The Sanctuary so that we can keep delivering God’s boundless love to a broken world, we’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

It’s the sin you knowingly commit after being saved that’s the most difficult situation to deal with. Even after you repent there’s the onlookers, our judging peers, the enemy but more importantly our own heart that just can’t let it go…so sometimes we take comfort in justifying ourselves while other times we stay on the defense, none of which heals the soul or encourages the spirit. When you’ve repented Christ settles it! It’s a done deal this beautiful unworthy forgiveness! It’s settled! God remembered David ( not for his repentance over sin) but as a man after His own heart! There’s so much more of life and excitement in the Spirit that He calls us to. So we leave behind the elemental things to move on to our destiny in Him. Tully you as well as many of us for whatever sins we have been forgiven fully! I know you know this! His love for you is so great! He can do great things with a man humbled in heart that understands this amazing forgiveness. Oh the prize of peace and joy to have a pure heart to be holy as Jesus is holy. He doesn’t expect perfection but the seeking after Him to be like Him is priceless to Him. Keep seeking and He will open unto you is (the more ) we are called to after dealing with the elemental things of sin and repentance. May God bless you and your family and all those you minister to!

Your message is so good about loving others…so true! The fullness of the depths of the love of Christ! Isn’t it sad when the church wounds it’s own! Keep preaching His love! Lol even for the offensive crazy Indiantown driver! Yes only His love has the power to change us!
