I tried strafing with 8 bots on rush mode, max streak was 60… But felt no improvements actually Do you use only bots for warmup/pracc or you go sometimes to FFA DM? Want to take 1 mo break from Faceit and give focus exclusively on raw aim, do you recommend repetative usage of this routine for example 1 hour and 2 hours of FFA? Have you used aimlab/kovaak’s before? thanks in advance
@@nudge86 In sports you might see a lot of people who have a habit of moving in a certain way like for example, a free throw in basketball. Some slap the ball, some bounce the ball on the ground, or it could even be a very small thing like some finger movements. This kind of activates their muscle memory to help them hit the shot. Youll see something like this in many different sports, even in shooters like CS. You can include an arm exercise before each game, or even round, to (basically) aim better. This wont come over night though, this is a result of weeks of training

I have just started using a tennis ball and a hand grip strengthening tool to exercise my forearms, wrist, hand & fingers to give me better stamina when doing multiple hour cs fests (haven't played for over 6 years and found my hands and fingers lacking). Really like this idea of muscle memory and will now go further with this to try improve consistency, thanks!

Ladder jumping is really hard for people who don’t do KZ. There’s a shit ton of vids on TH-cam on how to do it. There’s more ladder parts later in the map, which is just can’t get past lol
You jump at it , just look at the left upper corner of it and go up with w and a. That way u will bounce of to the left.Press crouch in the air and there u go.

The push-ups actually help if you do them every time because of muscle memory (any other arm and hand exercise could work too)
