I loved doing Disney Fantasy, but being just Two of us we prefer more of an adult centered experience. Any chance they have an adult cruise every now then?
Right now we have been doing Celebrity.

Elaine, great advice! What is most important to client. Sometimes it is schedule (depending on school) other times it is itinerary, cost is always a factor.

We have our first cruise ever this June! We are going on Disney Wish 4 nights. Any must do recommendations?

I really think it is good to start with a short 3-4 night cruise. That way you can see if you are sensitive to the motion and if you enjoy cruising. Though specialty cruises can be expensive, depending on when you cruise, they can actually be some of the least expensive and all of the extra theming and events are like a bonus. I also use my onboard credit to pay my gratuities.
