I'm a student of Systems Engineering in Cajamarca, Perú. I have a better idea from this great profession, but the people here and South America confuses really the Systems Engineering with Informatics Engineering and Computacional Engineering, it's very frustrating.
@@pashon4percushon but their tuition is also very expensive. 8,792 USD per 15 semester credit hours is actually a lot. That's almost 500+ USD per credit hour for an undergraduate degree. Grantham University has an ABET accredited EET program for USD 295 per credit hour!
@@M.K-SAVE Yeah but i got my EET BS from ECPI. So I'm looking at my Master's from there and they offered Systems Engineering as the only Masters for EET grads. I would prefer a Master's in EET, I have to take what i can get. ECPI did a webinar yesterday on SE but it was the first i heard of it, and i didn't understand the purpose of the Masters. I did building project management in the service it was really tiring and disappointing job. If System Management is all I could get my hands on I would really only be doing it for namesake. But i've been watching TH-cam videos on SE and none of it makes any sense. The Webinar hosts said the entire course would be $25K which sounds cheap, but at the same time ECPI is known for its high costs.
@@pashon4percushon that's the thing. For a profit university it is high. They did recently got the ABET accreditation. However, I am looking into Florida International University. Still expensive (347 USD per credit hour). However, more reputed.

Great insight. Thank you
A truly great Profession.
Sadly one of our local Universities churned out anti-Systems Simpletons. They wreck what they are near.
I would have studied the Masters in Systems Engineer at UMUC but their out-of-state tuition is high!
I just got introduced to this degree with ECPI.

Who decided that the crappy music would enhance the video. It detracts from the message, reduces the authority of the speaker. Poor show.
This stuff makes no sense
