Have always been a salt on lemons enthusiast, i craved it and ate it alot when i carried my older daughter , dr. Was amazed i could eat it while pregnant lol, but said " if you can eat that go right ahead , probably great for you vitamin wise as long as youre easy on the salt" . Im not so crazy about the salt on watermelon , my mother eats it that way . We' ll see how the lemon on watermelon goes. Yep grew up lightly salting watermelon, it brings out the flavor. You want to try something really good take your lemon roll it around it on the counter first the pressure it will pre-squeeze the lemon, then slice it. Get some granulated chicken bouillon and sprinkle it on the lemon, squeeze into your mouth and enjoy the flavor! Don't do it too much though the acid will degrade the enamel as well anything else other than plain water. Even sparkling water. As a matter of fact you should drink everything through a straw that you can that's not water.

Here ya go guys---for a special barbecue my mother would melon ball( with a melon ball maker,or a small ice cream scoop,) a huge sweet melon into a huge jar of seven up and leave it overnite,serve it next day.cant explain how good and weird it feels in your mouth 👄.delish.

Salt on watermelon is an oldie, I remember when almost all ate it that way. Will have to give lemon a try.
