Potato Rosti | Crispy, Tasty and Easy to Make!

  • Easy recipe for thin, crispy and delicious potato Rosti. A perfect snack to eat at any time, which is great combined with ketchup or mayonnaise sauce.

    Ingredients:
    800 g potatoes
    2 tbsp flour 00
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    Instructions:
    Peel the potatoes and grate them. Dip the grated potatoes in a bowl of water and stir by hand to wash away the starch. Strain them well in a towel and put them in a dry bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Place baking paper in a tray and grease it with olive oil. Form balls from the potato mixture and flatten them on the tray to a thickness of 2-3 millimeters. Sprinkle a little olive oil on them. Roast the potatoes at 180C/360F for 40 minutes. Serve with ketchup or other sauce of your choice.
