well now there are classes and websites for learning english so there's no need to spend time studying abroad to have good english, my country is Vietnam and most of the teenagers in Hanoi ( the capital city) have excellent english skills without livin in english speakin countries u know what i mean, yeah

@@laurencechan470 young ppl but at what age? bc its normally between the age of 11 to 17, mostly about 14 to 15. they r really good. or international school students have excellent English speaking skills. I don't know who you've met but I know for a fact that hanoinian kids are good at English and i dont know but im considered "good at english" but im 14 and i can chat with you right now is good enough for me. btw have a nice day
