Look at other art, even copy certain features if you have to in the start. The more you do it, the more you tweak your methods and make them your own.

I do not use a color palette? I pick them by myself in the color wheel owo
You can save my drawings in your computer, open on sai, and create the palette as you wish (using color picker) C:
This is something I couldn't learn over the years, I always end up picking the wrong colors, that's why I currently save my fav artists ( including you of course ) drawings and pick palettes from them.

How do you get such perfect lines?
Whenever i draw on my tablet the lines always turn out shaky ;-;
Mainly it's just practice, but some drawing tools (like Sai here) also offer a stabilizier functionality which helps against the shaking.
Another thing that helps is using higher resolutions for your canvas. Higher resolution means more pixels and more pixels may result in smoother lines.
There are more reasons for "unclean" lines of course, for example a dull pen nib or a dirty/scratched tablet surface~
But as mentioned already: the main points are practice, practice and practice. Some cookies in between and then some more practice. :)

Around 3:20 how do you crop out the canvas so that its just what you highlighted?
Use the square selection tool, go to menu "Canvas" and click "crop by selection"
There's a lot of useful things in those menus ^^
