That is how we did in my parents home.. Tukikumbuka vle tuliingia hyo Nyumba si hucheka.. Mlango Ilikua Ya mabati.. We raised only 2 rooms.. .now my home Ivo ndo tunaenda polepole ata 10k can do something. Luckily my hubby is a mason.. We get something we go sukuma mahali.. Before you know it you are done.. Pesa hua haitoshi just start

Hi miano nauliza ,nikweli kabla ujenge iko qualifications unafaa kua nazo ni almost 300k nikashtuka is it true? Then ikikaa two years ina dedi nikweli?

Very true... But after two years you just get to renew the license which is about 10-20k depending on county

Also the 300k is dependent on the cost of architectural and structural plans and stamps and each county costs are different...
