Wao great vid btw, it’s hard sometimes like you say when your comfortable with your own circumstances making you get stuck and not wanting to aim for more because of the feeling of not knowing much
I totally get what you're saying! I was here not too long ago. When we're comfortable in our current circumstances, it can sometimes feel safer or easier to stay where we are, even if deep down we know we could aim higher. But here's the thing: getting into a new belief system-one that encourages growth and embracing challenges-can be a powerful way to break free from self-sabotaging behaviors. A lot of times, our comfort zones are tied to limiting beliefs or fear of the unknown. We tell ourselves things like, 'I don't know enough,' or 'What if I fail?' These thoughts can keep us stuck. But when we actively work to shift our mindset-by adopting a belief system that values learning, growth, and resilience-we can start to change our relationship with discomfort and failure. Instead of seeing them as signs to stay where we are, we can start to see them as opportunities for learning and improvement. The key is to challenge those old beliefs and replace them with empowering ones. For example, instead of thinking, 'I don’t know much,' try thinking, 'I starting to believe I am capable of learning and growing.' Or, instead of, 'I’ll never be able to do that,' try thinking, 'I can take small steps toward reaching my goals, and it’s okay to start where I am.' Shifting to more of a growth approach helps you move past self-sabotage and feels more believable. The more you align your beliefs with the idea of growth and possibility, the easier it becomes to break through those barriers, be gentle with yourself. You got this!
