I used to have a couple Speedometer Official bracelets and they were my favorite to wear. Obviously it helps with the watch aesthetic with the dive bezel or tachy design. Matches the rolex colorways but they have a bunch of designs. They are kind of pricey though and mine ended up cracking after a couple years of bending to fit around the wrist

This is super useful for me, I'd looked for accessories at thrift stores and couldn't get a feel for what worked well as a bracelet in menswear. I'll keep this guide in mind next time.

Great and very informative video. I, myself, wore beaded and leather bracelets a few years back. As you mentioned, I got mine from Amazon. It was a very easy way of getting my feet wet without breaking the bank. I'm now looking to upgrade just a bit more and I'm now looking at silver bracelets and cuffs. I'll probably go the Etsy route. I like the idea of supporting independent artisans. Thanks for the great video!

I know this is kinda weird but I like to spray a couple of fragrance shots on bead (wood type preferable), cord and leather bracelets. The aroma gets a bit more long-lasting, boosted project range plus I can catch a quiff of them now and then.

Very slick presentation these days. Really enjoying the videos. I only ever had one bracelet that I bought two years ago in Li Jiang, about 4K meters above sea level in the mountains in China. It was a silver bracelet with local tribal stylings. Unfortunately I lost it and have been hoping to go back ever since and buy another one but it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. But I liked wearing a bracelet so I think it’s time to let it go and find another bracelet here in Shanghai to wear. Thanks for the prompt.

Question: The adjustable bracelets have the dangling elements on the end. It sort of looks silly to have all of these strings dangling from the wrist. Do people cut these? How do you manage the dangling strings, especially if wearing three bracelets (e.g., beads + rope + braid)?

I think a lot of guys sometimes two are ashamed to wear jewelry and carry bags that is one of the things we have in common with girls lol and I brag about it because I have a bunch of bags and also I wear jewelry. I think it’s really cool to wear jewelry actually I used to wear my bracelets on the same side as my watch but I don’t do that anymore now that I got new watches I actually wear my bracelets on the opposite wrist and I stack them. I like to hear the bracelets clinking. So guys should not be afraid to wear bracelets or even necklaces or chains. I think it’s cool if you rock a Watch, you should also rock bracelets.

Sorry I didn't get your name. I really enjoyed your comments regarding men's bracelets. I bought a weaved bracelet and it was delivered just yesterday/Friday, November 19th 2021. It's very nice and stylish. The problem was it couldn't go past my palm to my wrist. It would have been nice if they made it so you could go straight to your wrist and just snap it on. It measures 6 cm/3 inches across. My problem is what size should I ask for? This bracelet will really look good when it fits snuggly and not look too big. The measurements around the outside of the bracelet is 23 cm or 9 inches. All I want is for to slide through my palm and thumb, which measures 10cm or 4 inches all the way to my wrist. My wrist measures 17cm or 7.5 inches. Do you see my dilemma? What do I do?

It's a bold look that's not currently on trend, which is always a bit risky, and some would say that it's the kind of chunkiness that short guys should always avoid as a rule. But I feel that my particular arm physiology looks so good in a *thick black leather cuff* that I've held on to mine! (For casual looks only of course.) I'm otherwise very light on the accessories; and it's not as though it's a thick *metal* bracelet that exposes us to the "cartoon gangster" look that short guys must constantly be wary of when we think of doing anything bold. In short I don't think it draws much attention to itself so much as is flattering to my physique; maybe it looks a little hipsterish or Hot Topicky but my full presence is so contrary to that I think I can get away with it!
Anyway I hope if you read this there's been at least a little inspiration somewhere in it for future topics.

Question... I have seen more people that wear the bracelets before the watch on the same wrist than those that wear them after. I guess if the bracelet is larger than normal after the watch would be the only choice but if the bracelet is almost fitted and not that loopy around your wrist it looks like before is most people's choices.

Appreciate the content! I feel like we've gotten a lot of videos recently on accessories (watches, bracelets), it'd be great to also see some things on footwear or outfit ideas, perhaps. Keep it up!

Elijah Adino thanks! More outfit/shoe content is coming soon. I’m moving into a new space where I can actually shot that kind of content. Stay tuned!

Have you ever tried any costume made suit or shirt from tailor store? Do you think they go well for short guys like us? I'm 162cm. And what about Peter Manning suits? I know they are especially made for short guys but are they good quality and worth it?

I’ve only tried shirts from TailorStore and had a good experience. PM suits are bit too boxy for me. Here are some of the brands I’ve tried - www.themodestman.com/tag/mtm/

Interesting video. I didn't know watches go above $500 but for under $500 the best is probably the timex expedition. Lasted my entire time in the army and had no issues even in the field or downrange. Plus it was only around 20-30 dollars so if you do somehow manage to break it, it's not too expensive to replace. I like that cuff you showed first. I normally wear one out of copper, it takes on a nice patina. Made mine from some scrap 4ga grounding wire. Just hammer the ends flat, square up the center, twist it in a post vise, and bend to shape. Anneal as necessary

You’d be surprised how expensive watches are these days. Thought I’d leave a comment since ur army background reminded me of my current wear (Hamilton Khaki Field- black dial). Just has those ‘service’ vibes to it, not that I would know myself.

Nice video. How do you wear a bracelet and not be looked at like you are becoming a "girl" if you are a man? How do you wear them and not get laughed at when you are around your friends male or female?

If people laugh at you or call you a girl for wearing jewelry, they're just insecure and definitely not good friends.

@@BrockMcGoff Thanks. I always was lead to believe that certain types of bracelets were fine for men in certain cases it was not. I was also lead to believe women were the one's who wear them not men. I know, both men and women wear watches and rings. Why is jewelry acceptable for men and women now, for example, necklaces, chains bracelets?
