To answer your question toward the end, we've had nitros, a city, and regular retro tracks all in one tour before in the tours of Mario vs Peach with Ninja Hideaway, Tokyo, and the retros. As well as the winter tours with Merry Mountain, Vancouver Velocity and the retros. However, this is the first time where there are multiple cities, a nitro, and retros in one tour.

On Normal Squeaky Clean Sprint, there is an extra box. Just before the toilet, there is a glide ramp, where you can get the extra box.
