So service cost in this scenario it is Rs.1 approximately per kilometre. Not bad as per the safety Harrier provides. But I think it's upto usage and how you drive.
How did you do the math? The owner would have spent during 15000 km service as well. Per your logic, if the service bill at 90000 km comes to INR 15000, then you will say the cost of maintenance is only 16 paise per km. 😅
