Possibly the greatest audition for some future production/directorial career I’ve ever seen. Kudos to the minds behind this, THIS is how you develop a creative cachet beyond the college track.
I don’t even want this play to be professionally done. The tension created by these kids, and with costumes and sets made from recycled materials and toys is what makes this so great.

Meh. This is like playing a cover song note for note and not making one change in your version. Just think of how much more impressive this would have been had it been original and unique.
So every time a school does a play, they're supposed to change something from the original? You don't spend too much time with directors, actors, and playwrights, do you.
just came from the Reddit thread on this. supposedly they're shooting the whole play with plans to release/post the video in May! I need to see this!

I like that the play accomplish that feeling of uneasiness that made this scene in Aliens so iconic.
