Finally got to try this breakfast in a pan at the compass cafe Blackpool on Friday, wow thanks Lee absolutely amazing. 👍🍳and the sausage was unbelievable.

Awww love Blackpool, and have nice memories of there as a teenager getting the train with my mates and going the fair. There were actually two Doctor Who Exhibitions in Blackpool! The first opened in 1974, Jon Pertwee's final year on the show, and he opened it! It was an official BBC Exhibition, located directly opposite Central Pier, which was there until 1986. The second Exhibition was a bit further along the Prom, heading towards the Tower, near to the Sealife Centre. It opened in 2004, just before the show came back, and lasted until about 2010.
Lovely looking breakfast mate. Top quality produce there. Was definitely missing the Black Pidding though which was my only slight fault. I'll go 9.8/10 just for that reason. Sausages looked perfect. The Dr Who exhibition was on the corner of Chapel St and the promenade...opposite the Central Pier. The Tardis was on top of a set of stairs that took you down to the exhibition, there are videos of it on TH-cam. There were separate underground toilets either side of it too 😄
Another solid 10 there Lee. That looked fantastic. I would have done the same as you and ordered tinned tomatoes but would totally have regretted that decision when Stephen's fresh tomato was served and was ACTUALLY COOKED. You don't see that very often. BTW Lee, WTF is a catering sausage?

Oh, the memories of Blackpool! I just used to get the dog in the car and drive over from Blackburn with our James, have a walk on the beach and eat our chish and fips. And candy floss.... Lovely place. The last time I drove over me Mum was offered cocaine 😂😳 Red and brown sauce... Just YES!! And thank you to your Sarah because now I have to have curry sauce with my chish, fips and mushy peas! Buttered bread and a Tetley brew if no Yorkshire tea bags. Legendary as, always Lee.... "The Croydon lift" and "the banjo" though..... Oh, and the cinema theme tune was Pearl and Dean 🎶👌 Love ya xxx

Well, this is a nice surprise and what a lovely breakfast this was, certainly the best you've had in a while that we've seen. The cafe looks great and the prices looked very reasonable too. I was a bit sceptical about it being in a pan as I'm not fond of gimmicky things like meals on slates or chopping board type things, but it was ok when it arrived. For me it was almost perfect, lovely ingredients, great sausages etc, AND lovely tinned plum tomatoes, but the ramekins spoilt it for me, as they always do. Why can't they just put the beans a tomatoes on with everything else, does it really matter if beans touch tomatoes, I think not, they all touch eventually. This breakfast should definitely score a 10 but I'm going to give it a 9 because of the ramekins. I'd certainly visit this cafe and have this breakfast, but ask for beans and tomatoes without the ramekins if possible. Lovely video though.
