Thanks for the lesson. Pretty short actually for buildong a spinner. You could talk for hours. I loved your little smirk when you grabbed the sunrise blade. Haha. Sounds like a fav. Cheers.
I’m the creator of Zoom Fisheye Spinners and I run a bead above the blade on my product hence the Fisheye moniker. And they work just fine. 6mm Fisheye and 8mm body beads. Just saying.........
I am not a fan of putting anything above the blade. I think it has a potential if pushing down on top and effective the spin. And it can hamper the water flow.
You are excellent at explaining things, thank you!
Great video! Don’t worry about the time give us all those details!
Thanks man for your great dedication to fishing community and all updating on Buoy 10.
Great video, and very helpful information on what to do and what not to do when making spinners.

Either will work! But 3" you can always cut back if needed!

What is your wire forming tool called and where can I get one.the thing I own is a piece of junk .
It is called a twist tech! Not cheap, generally around $100...but worth the investment if you are making a lot of your own spinners!
I think it's this one - www.cabelas.com/product/TwisTech-Wire-Forming-Tool/1609234
Most of the larger tackle shops will sell them.
I have a hat that looks like your shirt
