I'm glad you did this.
There is a veritable dearth of resources for this exact issue and every Judge acts like we all got trained on this somehow. I'm sure every member of the Court was trained but the profession - we got a "go figure it out" message from the Courts and the LSO. The brochures do not explain this adequately.
