Taz you have been my go-to for years to learn about about wigs I’m considering. You are so pretty I have to remember they may not look like that on me! I wish Belle Tress would not put such dark roots. I would never let my bio hair grow out dark roots.

Wow Taz! I guess in ordering from The City Collection, I will have to delve into 2 different colors, to find my best one! My skin is Neutral Cool and usually I would have ordered the Crushed Almond R. Seeing the side by side, I think the variances, say for instance, the highlighted wavy pieces, also determine the overall 'color look' of the wig. In this style, I think Milkshake Blonde R IS THE coolest, lightest, and brightest! Ah ha!😅
It just means I will buy 2 styles, there are quite a few I am interested in, one in each color, to determine which one is MY FAVORITE HAIR COLOR!🎉 THANK YOU TAZ! You make it the very best, well -informed decision for us! ❤

I won't buy anything without watching your video's! lol So I love RW Shaded Biscuit and after watching this video I'm thinking Milkshade Blonde R is the one for me. It still makes me nervous because the color swatch is horrendous! Thank you! This is such a great comparison. Do you know which of the blond colors in the City collection has the lightest root? I like a bit of a light colored root. These look very dark, even though I prefer a rooted wig.
I just got a Crushed Almond R piece with a true light root.. HOWEVER, I am seeing lots of variance from piece to piece. XOXO

It looks like you can pull off any blonde color, but there’s something special about the touch of warmth in the color beige linen-r. I just wish the “r” was a lot lighter than 8. Do you know if belle tress has a lighter root like a 12 maybe?
Hello there! I have not found a lighter root in the City Collection yet. However in the Belle Tress Cafe Collection, the Roca Margarita Blonde and the Tres Leches Blonde both feature lighter roots. You might like Cold Brew Chic in either of thos colors if you like this one! Love ya! XOXO

Hi Taz. In your opinion, might Beige Linen Blonde resemble Henry Margu 26GR at all? I think you referred to BLB as a neutral shade, and I believe you've said the same about 26GR. Off the top of your head, any similarities between the two?
Both are light to med blondes, both rooted and dynamic. I think they are neutral depending on the application as we know that can vary. I would use them as sister colors.. BLB is going to be a softer blend. XOXO
Great comparison. Roots all look too dark for me, but that is so hard to tell with cameras that automatically enhance contrast. Milkshake is clearly the brightest. Still struggling with bright vs muted. And you get no help with that dimension in any descriptions. The term ash can mean cool or muted, usually it is both.

Hi there! Unfortunately, there is not good match for CWAP, but the Beige Linen is not as light and bright, but has some of the warmer tones and lighter rooting like CWAP. XOXO

I love all those pieces on you. You really have a beautiful face and can wear almost anything and it would look decent if not gorgeous
So finally bought my first wig the Wavy Day in shaded biscuit and this particular wig is a lot darker then and almost a grayish color rather the the bright whitish highlights I see in all the other Wavy Day’s from Raquel Welch. I was am disappointed because I’ve checked out other videos and pictures online and and seen other wigs that they’re shaded biscuit is much brighter and has more of a blonde money piece. This one does not have hardly any light highlights around the bang area and it actually looks toned it to a grayish color I’m so disappointed.
It’s just not bright enough for my skin tone, and itches me, so I’m so confused because all the other wavy days that I see and shaded biscuits for that matter, have a good amount of white face framing highlights. Ugh
You can definitely see variance in color from piece to piece. The SS Cappuccino I had on Wavy Day was much different compared to others.. it was much brighter, so perhaps this is a trend on Wavy Day in most colors?! Best Wishes! XOXO

I’m always trying to understand wigs, but in a hundred years I’ll never understand the obsession with rooted wigs. As a natural blonde that now in my 60s with a silver/white mix, why oh why would I want my hair to look like a bottle bleach blonde with growing out roots?? Please someone explain. It looks unkept. Like you keep missing salon appointments.

Roots aren't for everyone, that's for sure! There are so many options that are unrooted, hopefully you can find something you will love! XOXO
