    Hey guys! So I had gave out misinformation about the Stun Nerf. (Basically when you stun the raider in quick succession the stuns slowly lose their duration) Previously I thought that when the Raider used their CC Break it would reset the stun duration for survivors because that's what happened to me when I was Raider. However, I was wrong. If you want to reset the stun duration the Raider cannot be stunned AT ALL for roughly (I'm pretty positive its exactly) 1 Minute. After a Minute the Raider will be able to be stunned for the full duration, of let's say Solar Flare. Quick Note as well, it doesn't gradually reset. Ex: If I stunned him 3 times in a row and he got out of my stun in less than a second if I come back at 50 seconds and stun him he would still get out of my stun in less than a second. It needs to be a full minute reset. Hope this helps!

      definitely feels like it should be more of a gradual reset but i can see how that might be tough to implement

    Self destruct would work like saibamen's grab, but:
    - ~150 ki per use
    - Medium Range Melee move
    - Relatively slow startup, but fast move with great tracking. Resists any attack from the raider.
    - On Hit: Starts a cinematic that works like a finishing move
    - Timer of 5 seconds for the move to go off, giving time for the raider to z break
    - If interrupted: count as a miss
    - After timer, Survivor explodes like in fake death, doing massive damage to the raider
    - Survivor loses D change and barrier (if he has one) after move hits succesfully.
    - Raiders knockback gauge get evaporated, can't be grabbed again until knockback gauge is back to prevent survivors spamming the move.
    - On Miss: Nothing happens. Can vanish out of the animation.
    (If the lvl4 survivor uses the move, he loses half his health. This lets him use the move a maximum of 2 times. Damage of explosion is drastically increased.)

    If you use Stun moves like Solar Flare or Charming Pose a couple times, the stun effect is shorter for each use

      Mmm, I misspoke because it doesn't seem to reset even though it happened to me when I was raider. Ima do more testing

    Everyone hear my idea out: every lvl 4 transphere should have a option to self destruct if they had done it before and it will only work when you are close to dying or took to much damage

      I dunno about that one. Making it a Super for an otherwise bad transphere is one thing, but if you lose your Shenron fight often enough to consider wanting that as an extra function in multiple transpheres then I suggest just getting good.

      It shold be a move that use all qi, and will do the same almolt of damage the almolt of qi you have on lv 1 to 3, for lv 4, it shold do 50% of damage to a normal hp raider, but, it will down you on use, not just lose you lv 4.

    I tried to do a full Android 16 run for a week & it wasn't fun. Hell Flash actually is good, but the problem is that it's only effective if the Raider isn't in the sky. If you fire it in the air, it's basically just a full power energy wave.

    Imagine for a moment there is a self destruct super thats basically a melee super. It costs all of your change power to use and it basically does as much damage if not more then super spirit bomb.

    Stray. You have a wrong concept about Andriod 16 ki blast. 16 ki blast is about the damage. Yeah there's ki blast that can do better on negating ki blast but those ki blast have a limitation. Most of the spammy ki blast in the game will in fact only hit once even if you see you're hitting more than that becoz the game actually limited how much damages you can do in a short period of time with spammy ki blast. However, Andriod 16 ki blast is not on the list. You can try it in pratice room to see how insane the damages of 16 ki blast are when the raider is eating all of your ki blast compared to other spammy ki blast. If you are using 16, you should shoot your ki blast rather than melee or super when the raider is stunned. It cost less than a super but can do equal or even more damages than a 100 limit super. It's the best ki blast for killing low health raider.

    Android 16 or even Vegeta having the ability to self destruct on his opponents is such a great idea. I agree too, I think it would be better if his ki blasts didn't lock him in place so he can't dodge after firing.

    I feel like the creator should’ve/could’ve had 16’s Ki blast be “Rocket Punch”, and have his second Ki últ be call “Super Rocket Punch” or something.

    best way to use 16 is in a premade. stun the raider with solar flare and mass spam ki blast for damage

    19's or Gero's transpheres able to absorb some ki blasts etc could be nice.

    I feel like SD should just scale with how much D-change you have left. If you burn an entire D-change and leave yourself vulnerable afterwards just for 2 bars, it’s useless. But if you only have like 10% left and are able to do 4 bars, it’s busted.
    Simple scaling would make the move balanced, high risk and high reward.

    Hell flare deal dmg 2 time fistr time his the blast around 8% and the second hit is the explosion from earth if you hit the ground and raider is around and is also 8% so if you are lucky you can deal16% with one skill (because the hell flare proke randomly or only under the raider if the first hit don't touch)

    I like 16 ki blast but he needs better supers....I seen Japanese player you him lot as lvl3 just for the ki blast

    His ki blast are really nice for all 3 levels but you do take damage along with the raider, he does need something sadly. some of them including based form needs improvements or a free ability instead of giving us transpheres that we have to farm for.

      It’s a armor bar that prevents them from being knocked back or dropping dragon balls until it is depleted

    How do you keep track of your in game zennie count for a match? i dont see an ingame counter for that . little new to it

      Pressing start during the match to open the map, and on you can see your Zenny on the corner

    You forget cc be nerf in early season 2 after each cc next cc gonna be reduce
    I don't use actually c16 for lv3-4 but if I can choose I use him and not 18 because with hell flare you easly cancel raider if he try destroy start machine and he is good for spam ki blast wit yes u need to be really careful about what raider do or gonna be stuck in ki blast animation when he use his skill.
    But actually actually I use almost of time videl because in 90% match nobody use melee skill but we need for stuck raider and is usefull for lock raider when his lv is higher than your.

      Android 16's Hells flash does not even break the Knockback Gauge, so it wouldn't even stop him from destroying time machine. Even if you aim at the ground and the after effects of Hells Flash hit the Raider it does so little to the knockback gauge it wouldnt get him off the Time machine. Not to mention if the raider was smart he would just take the dmg from hells flash and not even move to avoid running into the after effects. Also Android 18's Duel Destructo Disc actually takes half of the Knockback gauge compared to 16 where he only takes 1/4

    First
