Never did many of us doubt his success even 40 years ago. His younger brother was my brother's course mate at NDA.

Vijay is indeed a remarkable candidate, a real all rounder and the nicest bit is he has remained the same school buddy I have known since 16! He remains modest and I learnt more of his achievements listening to the interview than the man himself! He is a very down to earth person who gets on with anyone and will get you out of any tricky situation when in charge which he invariably is anyway 😊. Well done, Vijay- you have done your family and all of us proud!

Why to call them India's Navy seals. Our Marcos are unique, they are not based on any other special force in the world. So we should stop tagging our Marcos with Navy seals. This is absolutley stupid to tag.
Sir,Would like to interview a Railway officer who had bypass operation at 44yrs age and after that he do half mearthon at Mumbai and raigarh ( Won some race too), now he he 60. Amazing that normal person on simple Heart problem gets mentally down.

Have never compared them, but during our joint exercises I found the SEALs to be excellent professionals besides taking to water like fish. Our boys are equally gd and have a high level of professionalism
Marcos are highly trained and capable but may be under utilized , just recently Pakistani marine force killed our fishermen near Gujarat waters, and all that government did was strong diplomatic protest! It is sad and pity And I sometimes wonder what is the use of such large navy if we can’t protect our own people or avenge there killing.
