Out of the top 10, I had some Transformers and some of the 3.75" GI Joes. A few of the rest of these I haven't heard of, but they're all logical selections for your list after you explain them. It's nice to get a little look at the history of the hobby. Thanks for the video! Keep them coming, this is fun.
Solid list!! Man….I actually had the Mego figures (Batman, Superman and Spidey) growing up. Some honorable mentions for me because I loved them were SilverHawks, Bionic Six (because they were made from DIE CAST metal…lol that was the marketing), MASK and Centurions. That Batman ‘89 series miles everything for hat it was worth…I saved up and got a bunch of the different Batmans, joker, bob and even the crossbow that shot out discs.
Those X-Men figures were dope as hell, with the series 3 and 4 being my favorites. I remember getting Forge and Storm (the only ones left) and Wolverine's motorcycle to start my collection. The M.A.S.K. toy line was a banger as well.
Solid top 10. I guess for me personally, I would take out the 2002 superhero line and replace with McFarlane toyline (I think it was Spawn specificaly). While I never collected them, when they were introduced in the mid-90s and I was about 15-16 I saw that as the beginning of the deluxe/adult-oriented action figure "collecting" market. As far as any honorable mentions, I would say: 1. Voltron (a top 10 contender) for making a line where you could COMBINE individual figures into one, meaning you felt the need to purchase all figures LOL 2. LJN oversized WWF wrestlers that were solid rubber mold - mostly because they were solid rubber and the ring you could get for them was awesome. This line I believe paved the way for all following wrestling lines 3. MASK 4. Thundercats 5. COPS As a side note, I loved to switch out the arms of the He-Man figures LMAOOOOOOOO like Skeletors arms on He-Man etc. So fun.
Glad to see that the Joes went #1! 1:18 or 3 ¾ is still the perfect scale coz you can have huge playsets that are the right size & price. Imagine how much space a USS Flagg playset in Classified scale not to mention how much it will cost 😅😅😅
Time traveling at its best with some of the all time great action figures. My honorable mentions have to be Knight Rider with K.I.T.T., M.A.S.K. and Robotech.
What's up Chris, been following your shoe channel for a while and now really digging your collectible channel. Are you familiar with Best Buy Deal of the Day? Every Night at 10:01 PM (West Coast Time) they release deals for a 24 hour period. I check them every night before going to sleep and I CONSTANTLY see them posting NECA and McFarlane toys like the ones you like for 25-50% off. Might Wana keep an eye out. Keep up the good work and thanks for all the work you put into these vids, it really shows. Stay up brother👍
Definitely power rangers ! 1.) Figures (many types) and vehicles for them 2.) Roleplay- morphers and weapons 3.) Megazords- the best feeling was buying each megazord/zord set and then combining them into an ultrazord at the end of the season
TMNT was what collected the most of as a kid, I either got them from thrift stores or 5 finger discounts from the little sh*it down the block who have all the new shit before me so he wouldn't miss em. 😂. I dabbled with other lines here and there back then but stayed true to my mutant teenage ninjas.
Kenner star wars were the best i still have my dad's Darth Vader and r2d2 from the first run Never had gi joes or he-man growing up but instead had ultraman along with all the kaijus he battled My favorite power ranger figures were the helmet switch versions push the belt and the helmet would flip so damn cool
A good honorable mention are the Macross/Robotech Valkyrie and the Voltron set when toys were made out of die cast metal.
Thank you for the video ❤ it's fun going down memory lane in this channel

I love top 10 videos. Thank, man, please keep this coming.
Great video, Chris! Wish I had all my old GI Joes. But I have picked up a few of the 6inch classified line.
Beast wars is a nostalgia trip. Anybody remember beetleborgs? Crazy
Ohhhhh I love this. Always appreciate your sneaker content, but adding this is bleeping awesome.

Damn, this video was awesome!! Pure nostalgia!
The power rangers with the flip head to morph was so dope when they came out
Solid list! I am happy to see GI JOE take the #1 slot. 💥
All kinds of nostalgia here! I still have the Megatron Transformer I got in Xmas of 1984.

Top 10 most common toy lines, so many other great lines from this era.
That’s a great list of honorable mentions.
Time traveling at its best with some of the all time great action figures. My honorable mentions have to be Knight Rider with K.I.T.T., M.A.S.K. and Robotech.
He-Man at #9!???? Holy Smokes 🔥
I was thinking same thing
I recently saw the 90's ninja turtles line at WalMart and I've been seriously considering collecting again!!
The 1988 Playmates TMNT line is by far my No 1. My honorable mentions would be Kenner Real Ghostbusters and WWF Hasbro
#RAMBO #CHUCKNORRIS #VULTRON #THUNDERKATS #HEMAN #GHOSTBUSTERS #TEENAGEMUTANTNINJATURTLEZ #MARVELHEROEZ #BATMAN #GIJOE

Shogun warriors for an honorable mention
Love Og's Toys 🙌🏻🇵🇭
Thundercats
Power Rangers was the first one to come to my mind as well

Definitely power rangers !
1.) Figures (many types) and vehicles for them
2.) Roleplay- morphers and weapons
3.) Megazords- the best feeling was buying each megazord/zord set and then combining them into an ultrazord at the end of the season
Someone already mentioned MASK. Centurions and StarCom
W vid
When you find out Nightwing has a toy channel..... Insta sub lol
Star Wars at #10 ???? Holy smokes 🔥 !
Imo, Kenner Star Wars should be #2, which means after GI Joe.
I’d place SW at number one and Joe at #2 but He-Man, Transformers and Turtles absolutely belong on there so I’m happy with the list
Man I wish I would of kept my toys from back in the day lol
Definetely MASK should be atleast in honorable mention.
M.A.S.K was one of the greatest of all time, the ghost busters toy line was decent too.
Honorable mention…Mask

I would have put power rangers, WWE and thundercats. I was so jealous that my cousin has castle grayskull and I didn’t.
Honorable mention DragonBall Z
Have to agree with number 1. Nothing can top g.i. joe.
Do Bionicles count? Haha
Not a toy collector but GI Joe and Bionicle is my childhood haha
I consider bionicle Lego and I don’t consider Lego action figures.
@@SomeOfMyFavoriteThings that’s fair for sure
Aww man…. G. I. Joe, TMNT, Transforkers, Spider-Man & X-Men = Top 5 for me. 💯 Man…. MMPR figures. 👍🏼
MASK
