Make sure you do more reps than they’re doing like dev said in the past days, they encourage you to do these workouts more than once or longer. I literally turned the “10 minute workout” into a 2 hour workout lol
That hip mobility excersize where you kick your leg out is a cheat code it’s gonna help out a lot if you do it right

Everytime anybody gets discouraged rewatch the 10000 hrs series as of now I’ve rewatched this ten times and I’m still here.... I look up to Kyle and Matty Wong be cause like them I started out not athletically gifted HEIGHT wise but since the drop of the series I was HOOKED ON THE JOURNEY that dev was on from LA TO Asia that showed me that hard work beats talent now I’m on my pat bev, ion care who you are what you ranked I’m get in that dog fight and come out champ whenever I hit the court

4th day! Let's go, being a frontliner as nurse is scary but this is s exercise that releases my stress at work
Just did day three...me not having teammates to push me introduced me to a different type of grind. It really hard to convince yourself to PUSH. Even when you want a professional career so bad but messed up so much in school that your on the outside lookin in. Since I started this training away from distractions I was able to question my work ethic towards my goal and I see I’m not helping myself but these workouts showing me that maybe it I get school right become a walk on at the college level that I may have a shot if I focus on my skills . That being said Dev, put the ability to dream back into my mind but this time I know that being on my p’s and q’s is the first thing before I even think about what I want to do. ITS WHAT I NEED TO DO FIRST💯😭✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿
