Looks like the exact type of ride as Cyclos at Kentucky Kingdom.
It probably is, there are a few of them about now. They're extremely intense for their size!
For little billy who isn’t tall enough for an actual pendulum ride
I'd like to go on it, but my scaredy cat self has been saying no
