I feel like your lifestyle is the same thing that happened to me, you become more minimalist the longer you resell. You just find you don't need THINGS anymore, you get satisfaction out of the experiences you are having (successful business, spending time with those you love, etc.).

Same. The more stuff you sell to others, the more you realize you don't need a bunch of stuff yourself.

Been going through a massive inventory purge the past couple days dumping dead weight and fixing listings. It’s been stressful and challenging, but I know I’m working out the kinks and fixing mistakes I made when I started. This video gave me a boost in motivation.

Chris, you are ALWAYS spitting facts. Attitude is everything, and putting action behind your words is a MUST. If you want high-level results, you must put in high-level effort.
I started out months ago with inconsistent listing habits, 2-5 listings here and there, then 5 a day...now 15 a day every single day, for over a week now. Im also seeing the results of setting up efficient systems to work for me. I'm now going to increase listing by 1 a day, every week. Thank you, Chris, for the motivation and the education.

You are by far the best channel. I have after 1 year finally started really paying attention to what you have been saying. I to used Hammoq and it screwed me up and I have had to change listings everyday. Also finally I am almost to that 1% sell through rate daily. I am at that plateau but still trucking and listing despite the lack of sells some days. Reorganized my eBay room and photo area to be more efficient. It's very inspiring and frustrating in a good way to see your new store do so well in a few months. Its the kick in the butt I needed to finally start really implementing what you are saying. Thanks for teaching and proving your methods instead of just making videos of hitting up the thrift stores. They're fun to watch but at the same time offer no real value to grow my store at the end of the day. Looking to joining Facebook again since I deleted it 2 years ago just so I can register for the Facebook group lol. Thanks so much!

I 100% agree that most people, be it friends or family won't respect your hustle, especially ones like ebay because they don't understand it, if you're not 'the best', or putting it in better words, if you aren't bringing in that big money, they will have no qualms interrupting you because they just don't view what you do as equal to their uninterrupted 8 hour work day. I think they would be hard pressed treating your dedication, focus and hard work lightly when you're bringing in quadruple their monthly wage.

I greatly appreciate the blunt inspirational video; I have a unique situation and I was thrown into full time reselling. It's easy to feel discouraged and sometimes negative when you feel the pressure of bills and adult life riding on your success at reselling. This video kind of hit home for me that I DO want to be the best and I'm actually working towards that. It's a SLOW process, but I'm seeing the small victories.

This is why I follow you. Because you focus on the systems and processes that make the business actually run. I would rather get good systems down to have a productive process and eventually find a wholesale supplier to then stock/sell similar products and product lines. If I still want to spend time looking for cool items, I can do that after I get a decent revenue going. Thank you so much Chris. I truly appreciate your content.

I have "trimmed down" my inventory to roughly a 60 x 30 room about six feet tall. I'm guessing there are 60- 100k total items. Long story about why and how this much was accumulated, but I legitimately think that I could list only inventory I already own and not buy another thing for over a year. I am attempting to set a routine to get it listed.

I used to spend thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars on myself yearly on wants. Since I started reselling in 2019, I can't remember the last time I spent money on anything other than needs. It feels amazing and my only debt remaining is my mortgage! I do around 35k in net profit part time reselling, but I know I can easily double that with a few small changes in my daily routine. Thank you for the guidance along the way!

I sold a $3000 Item with $250 flat rate. That was kind of rough had to give girlfriend the cash I had then borrow some until that money comes in. Back on the old paypal system I would have gotten the shipping money upfront for sure. Got it done but that was quite the hustle. Item wasn't profit but I no longer wanted the item so got most of the money back.

I know how important item specifics are for good profit margins and making sure your ad reaches the correct buyers. The smallest detail can lead to overspending followed by a no view no sale. From the beginning it's been a main focus. I'm trying to broaden my knowledge in this area so I can spot more opportunities with items that I'm not as familiar with when sourcing and deal with coming added item specifics required by ebay. It slows down the process drastically but it's crucial to my success. Still I find myself not informed enough to buy comfortably because I just can't find any examples of my specific items that would be another piece needed to describe it so I know what to pay and how much it will fetch. You've probably already covered this but is there anything you would add considering the topic is being rehashed? I've been watching here and there but I'm a like and subscriber now. Thanks for everything

I’m moving from those island to Florida and I’m really concerned about what to do. I’ve managed 10 listings a day and had my biggest weekend with 13 sales.
The drive is going to take two days. With a few days to pack. I know I can pause my store for a few days but I am concerned it will affect traffic.
I’ve just reach top seller qualification in 2 months with $4500 in 107 sales with a 100% positive feed back and no defects.
I can either pause my store for several days. Or I can keep it open and try to find post offices on the route with my inventory in the back of the uhaul.
The safe play is to pause the store, the bold one is to keep it open.

@@dailyrefinement I have just seen a couple of your videos that have popped up in my feed and I am intrigued. How did you source the items you sell? Did you already have that connection before you started or did you aquire the vendor or source after you got your feet wet selling on eBay?
