Where do you source your inventory? When you started you sold what you had in your home. .Are you getting inventory from suppliers from your other stores? You talk about the process to get to where you're at, but if you don't have access to this much inventory then there is no way anyone can do this bc they have to take time and go source their inventory unless they can find a supplier. I watch your videos and they inspire to want to do better, but I can't get the amount inventory that you have and do what you've done in this short time. Thanks for all your good content.

I'm going on vacation in February internationally. I'd love to hear on how to plan ahead and how to handle being on vacation. I recently had a minor surgery and I set up scheduled listings each day. Despite that, my sales dropped to nothing. It came back when I actively posted my listings live. I'm worried that will happen again when I go away.

Hey Chris, at the end of this video you mentioned you have a machine that does X amount of listings daily at varying qualities. Was that figuratively or were you referring to your team/employees or a VA situation.
He has 2 employees that I know of, primarily in charge of photos. He’s an expert on pricing and doesn’t need to do research to find the price, he just knows it from experience. His listing speeds are incredible :) idk if that helps. The machine as in an amazing systematic approach to his business (if im not mistaken). It’s simple yet effective.
the "machine" was figurative. the 200 listings is his employees and the 100 is him. so hes saying even if he stopped listing the "machine" he set up, aka his employees still get 200 up a day
Can to many categories in your eBay store be a hindrance? Say auto parts, should you have categories like Parts for Ford Parts for Chevy parts for hummer etc?

Hey so I have a stupid question. I've noticed that when you scroll through your sold listings. You have some items that have sold for less than 20 dollars. When I sale an item for less than 20.00 on ebay, I literally make nothing. I'm talking only 5-maybe 10 bucks. And that's me being nice. How do you make a profile on those smaller items your selling for example, only 14.00 or 13.99?
Hey Mr. Refinement :) You mentioned previously that due to the algorithm, if you list 11 items one day you need to always list 11 items daily and never back down to 10. But, sometimes you’ll mention listing more items one day vs another. Will you clarify please?

i list a minimum set amount each day, if I do extra credit, that's okay
