Bijay ji aaj Burnawal ji ke upload kia video dekh rahatha. He has raised a very pertinent issue. It is that, in this Liquor scam case, against 17 arrests by ED, 253 cases have been filed against them, mainly in connection with arrest of Delhi Ministers. Considering the short notices and dates being given by Judges at every level, mainly those of SC, ED officials have to remain engaged with the ED advocates and appear in diffent Courts in connection with same case even on one single day.
I will ask a very pertinent question in this connection. Why Kejriwal and co are being allowed the privilege of govt engaged advocates in all such cases. Why should govt pay for them for fighting corruption cases?
