There are chances some are cancerous it is not high but there are possibilities i used the cancer comparison with the disease just to make a rough understanding what it is. Cause even thought it is not cancerous it really acts and is mostly treated very much like cancer and it can also kill you if you are not lucky. It can get really ugly and needs to be operated. The worst part just like cancer it can come back even after a operation. So even thought it is not cancerous it still a tumor that can ''spread'' and like i already said it can become cancerous so they are in no way safe nor can or should anybody ignore them

As a pescatarian I agree with what he says. If you're going to eat meat it should be done as a ritual per se. Give thanks to that animal and cook it with love. They are not here for our consumption but if you're going to eat animals then be grateful for it
